As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I help women rebuild their strength, confidence, and sense of self through fitness, nutrition, and mindset coaching. My goal is to take the guesswork out of the process, providing clear, reliable guidance every step of the way. More than anything, I want the women I work with to feel strong, capable, and in control of their own bodies and lives—because I know firsthand what it’s like to feel lost, disconnected, and unsure where to start.
I understand how overwhelming it can be to start fresh, especially after experiencing self-doubt, hardship, or trauma. But I’ve also seen how life-changing it is when you reclaim your power, push past fear, and prove to yourself just how strong you really are. With over 14 years of gym experience and 5 years in the fitness industry, I am a dedicated strength and performance coach committed to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through evidence-based training methods.
Having worked with a diverse clientele—including beginners, entry-level bodybuilders, and individuals recovering from injuries—I understand that every journey is unique. By collaborating with a wide network of physiotherapists and chiropractors, I ensure that clients receive safe, effective, and personalized training programs tailored to their specific needs.
I know firsthand what it takes to transform. Once sedentary and overweight for much of my life, I made a commitment to change, and now I help others do the same.
